Refund Policy

Scrappy-Go-Lucky will exchange or refund all goods that are faulty on arrival.
Cricut cartridges, software and accessories will be exchanged if faulty but they must be returned within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days no refund of cartridges or software is possible.
In the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods, please email warranty@scrappy-go-lucky.com.au. We will advise the best way to return the item to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
